Job Title Hydrocarbon Accountant
Location Warri
Job Purpose Accountable for production data and will represent the company in hydrocarbon reconciliation meetings with JV partners and third parties.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical and operational support in production, well test, sampling and deferment data management.
Contribute to wells, reservoir and facility management activities, integrated activity planning in the Warri operation office and in the field
Monitor daily production performance from the field, identify/quantify deferment, constraint and provide recommendations to optimize production in achieving set target.
Maintain up-to-date record/database of daily production data, well test, sampling and deferment/interruptions.
Develop and plan well testing and sampling requirement for OML 42 asset and drive compliance to meet statutory requirement. Issue monthly well testing compliance report.
Collect/receive well test results from the field, perform QA/QC, carry out validation and store data in the database.
Specify appropriate orifice plate sizes and other equipment required for achieving quality well testing.
Liaise with production chemistry lab for prompt analysis and release of sampling results.
Monitor sampling results (wellhead & export line) and where necessary, request for special sampling to resolve issues.
Work with the Production Engineers on bi-annual MER testing exercise and report results required for DPR production allowable
Monitor and ensure that the daily Station Gross Factor (SGF .i.e. Summation of well test volume / PD meter volume) is within the range of 0.95 - 1.05. Where the SGF is outside the
range, proffer solution to close the gap.
Monitor and ensure the monthly hydrocarbon Reconciliation Factor (RF) is within the range of 0.95 - 1.05. Where the RF is outside the range, proffer solutions to close the
gap.
Perform daily/monthly hydrocarbon deferment analysis, highlighting areas for improvement to optimize production.
Monitor and ensure compliance on the frequency and quantity of injected fluid for emulsion and corrosion control in OML 42 facilities.
Quantify and advise management on the impact of hydrocarbon deferments (oil & gas) that scheduled and unscheduled activities would have on production target and the business
plan
Make input on the integrated production system capacity (IPSC) to the integrated activity planning (IAP), business planning process for production target determination.
Keep up-to-date record/database of wells and zones (reservoir) of production.
Contribute and make input in wells, reservoir and facility management reviews to optimise production.
Prepare and sign-off the data set in the approved template for the monthly hydrocarbon reconciliation meeting
Function as the custodian/accountant of production data and represent the company in hydrocarbon reconciliation meetings
Carryout back allocation of reconciled volumes (oil, gas, water) to wells and conduits in line with industry best practice and DPR regulation.

Job Title Contract & Procurement Manager – Drilling Focus
Location Warri & Lagos
Job Purpose Responsible for all Drilling Contract and procurement activities in Warri & Lagos
Responsibilities:
Formulate C&P strategies and drive C&P activities in the Drilling & Engineering Departments.
Implement the C&P processes and procedures across the relevant departments.
Work with Sponsors in the Drilling & Engineering to prepare contracting strategies and contract plans for each year.
Work closely with the Drilling & Engineering Departments in developing work scopes, prepare invitations to tender (ITT’s) and requests for quotations (RFQ’s), prepare tender
and bid documents.
Review technical and commercial evaluations and draft contracts for all drilling Services.
Oversee all contracts and ensure they are tendered for and executed in line with the C & P Procedures on a timely basis.
Interface assertively with the Operator of OML42 and other stakeholders on tendering exercises to ensure that industry best practices especially as it pertains to C & P
procedures and processes are adhered to and the company’s interest is fully protected.
Work with NPDC in setting Technical and Commercial criteria for Drilling & Engineering tender evaluations
Monitor Contracts & PO creation by our partners to ensure the terms and conditions are water-tight and the JV interest is protected.
Drive contract negotiation meetings with Contractors in conjunction with the Drilling & Engineering Sponsors/Contract Holders
Create and maintain a functional register of all Contractors/Vendors
Review all contracts thoroughly, identify and eliminate unfavourable terms and conditions in contracts.
Monitor contractor performance, contract ceilings and durations are not exceeded and escalate non-compliance issues

MARINE FIELD OFFICER
The Marine Field Officer shall report to the Barging Marine Engineer and Marine
Superintendent. He shall work with the operations and production and engineering team
to support the marine superintendent in ensuring efficient and effective crude oil barging
operations.
His primary focus is to help the company maximise the return on investment on the
vessels by achieving seamless end to end operations and voyages. This will be
measured by the proactive activities initiated to eliminate non productive time in the
marine fleet.
Minimum of 5 years for the MFO and 10 years for the MS
The duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Represent the company and company’s interest on board the vessels for
alternative evacuation project.
2. Participate in STS and ensure safe and timely delivery of STS objectives.
3. The Marine/Production representative shall be on board the shuttle barges and
shuttle tankers while on voyage and he shall ensure that voyage is efficient and timely.
4. He shall provide daily report of the activities in the vessels and of his daily
activities.
5. Voyage planning
6. He shall ensure that all bunkering operations are performed following the
standard operating procedures for each operation.
7. Report vessel and equipment performance, foresee challenges and recommend
remedial and preventive solutions.
8. Ensure company orders are carried out on board the vessels.
9. Coordinate operations meetings prior to STS operations, Shuttle voyage etc.
10. Ensure safe operations and zero spills.
Deputy Manager Commercial (WARRI): The primary role will be in relation to providing commercial support to the companys oil and gas transactions. Demonstrable track record of commercial work for an upstream oil and gas company in with hands on experience of Joint Operating Agreements, Gas Supply Agreements, Transportation & Processing Agreements, Joint Development Agreements and asset Sale and Purchase Agreements. 15 or more years in the energy industry including significant upstream experience.
Deputy Manager Maintenance / Operations (WARRI): Responsible for the overall planning and scheduling of all the Preventive (PM), Shutdown (SD) and Unscheduled (UM) Maintenance activities of oil and gas installations and ensure that the work is performed in a safe, efficient, cost effective manner and to the Company's technical standards. 12 to 15 years experience in upstream Operations.
Engineering Manager (WARRI): The Engineering Manager will manage a technical team responsible for the design and construction of oil and gas production facilities while maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standard. This role will also have accountability for leading multi-disciplined engineering teams in delivering FEED studies, Design / Conceptual Engineering, Project Engineering and Production Support. 10-15 years job related experience working for an operator; plus a minimum of three years managerial experience in successfully leading, managing and mentoring technical teams.
HSE Manager (WARRI): The role will take the HSE program and identify gaps or weaknesses and propose , implement best practices into the company . The HSE Manager will also provide technical and management advice and support on the Health & Safety aspects as well as risks associated with the Company’s assets, facilities, operations and activities in compliance with relevant applicable Regulations and Company Standards. Minimum 15 yrs experience in the Oil & Gas Industry with an Operator.
Community and Security Manager (WARRI): The Job Holder is responsible for assessing risks and threats to the organization, and developing an overall security strategy to mitigate these risks. To also manage the day to day relations between the Company and its host communities; partners; and the public. He serves both a proactive and trouble-shooting role in maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with all stakeholders. Main responsibilities include informing communities about Company policies and activities, communicating the community views to the company, investigating damages, negotiating compensation payments. 10 Years of relevant experience preferably in Oil and Gas. Must have worked in the Niger Delta. Someone with military background will suffice.
Legal Manager(WARRI) : The job holder is Responsible for all Company Secretariat and Legal matters for the company including the Board of Directors and its sub-committee meetings. 10 Years of relevant experience preferably in Oil and Gas regulatory law relevant to the upstream oil and gas industry, and/or handling oil and gas industry-related litigation matters.
Supply Chain Manager(WARRI): The responsibility of the job holder is to ensure the purchase of right items from right international sources at the right price and delivery in the right quality, right quantity and on time to clients. To coordinate Contracts &Procurement warehousing activities in all areas of the company and the JV including Operations, Engineering & Drilling. Minimum 15 yrs Contracts & Procurement experience in the International Upstream Oil & Gas Industry.
